<!-- image --> ## VILLAGE OF NAMPA BYLAW #469 GARBAGE REMOVAL BYLAW ## A BYLAW OF THE VILLAGE OF NAMPA, IN THE PROVINCE OF ALBERTA, TO SET THE RATES FOR GARBAGE REMOVAL IN THE VILLAGE OF NAMPA WHEREAS Section 7 of the Municipal Government Act R.S.A. 2000 c. M-26 provides that a Council may pass bylaws respecting services provided by or on behalf of the municipality. AND WHEREAS, Council deems it necessary to increase garbage rates which are presently in effect in the Village of Nampa. That the charge for garbage pickup shall be: Each residence in the Village of Nampa shall be charged $21.00 for a one-month period. There shall be no change to a business as they are responsible to make arrangements with the garbage disposal companies to rent a bin or look after their own garbage removal.
