TOWN OF NOBLEFORD
IN THE PROVINCE OF ALBERTA
BYLAW NO. 690
BEING A BYLAW OF THE TOWN OF NOBLEFORD, IN THE PROVINCE OF ALBERTA, TO
ESTABLISH A SCHEDULE OF FEES.
WHEREAS the Town of Nobleford Council sets and reviews, as necessary, various fees of the Town of
Nobleford.
AND WHEREAS in accordable with the Municipal Government Act, Revised Statutes of Alberta 2000,
Chapter M-26, as amended, the Council of the Town of Nobleford in the Provinces of Alberta may set
fees for goods and services provided:
NOW THEREFORE, under the authority and subject to provisions of the Municipal Government Act,
Revised Statutes of Alberta 2000, Chapter M-26, as amended, the Council of the Town of Nobleford in
the Province of Alberta, duly assembled, does hereby enact and adopts the Schedule of Fees, attached
to and forming Schedule "A" of this bylaw:
Bylaw 687 is hereby rescinded.
This Bylaw shall come into force and effect upon third reading by C uncil.

Properties require a functioning water meter at owners' cost, with exterior reader located within 2
meters of the front of the building closest to street and clear of any obstructions. Properties without
operating meters are subject to water billing penalties of $200.00 bimonthly and disconnection.
In the event that no water and sewer services are connected to the property within 2 years from the
date of purchase of the property, each lot will be subject to the basic Town utility services charge for
sewer and water services as per Town utility rate schedule. Outstanding accounts may be transferred
to property taxation accounts.
