TOWN OF NOBLEFORD IN THE PROVINCE OF ALBERTA BYLAW NO. 690 BEING A BYLAW OF THE TOWN OF NOBLEFORD, IN THE PROVINCE OF ALBERTA, TO ESTABLISH A SCHEDULE OF FEES. WHEREAS the Town of Nobleford Council sets and reviews, as necessary, various fees of the Town of Nobleford. AND WHEREAS in accordable with the Municipal Government Act, Revised Statutes of Alberta 2000, Chapter M-26, as amended, the Council of the Town of Nobleford in the Provinces of Alberta may set fees for goods and services provided: NOW THEREFORE, under the authority and subject to provisions of the Municipal Government Act, Revised Statutes of Alberta 2000, Chapter M-26, as amended, the Council of the Town of Nobleford in the Province of Alberta, duly assembled, does hereby enact and adopts the Schedule of Fees, attached to and forming Schedule "A" of this bylaw: Bylaw 687 is hereby rescinded. In the event that no water and sewer services are connected to the property within 2 years from the date of purchase of the property, each lot will be subject to the basic Town utility services charge for sewer and water services as per Town utility rate schedule.
