A BYLAW FOR THE TOWN OF ONOWAY, IN THE PROVINCE OF ALBERTA
TO BE KNOWN AS THE TOWN OF ONOWAY FEES & CHARGES BYLAW
WHEREAS, the Municipal Government Act, a municipality has the authority to establish fees
and charges for the provision of goods and services;
AND WHEREAS, the Town of Onoway wishes to establish, in a bylaw, certain fees and charges.
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of the Town of Onoway, in the Province of Alberta, duly
assembled, enacts as follows:
1. That this Bylaw may be cited as the "FEES and CHARGES BYLAW"
2. That the Town of Onoway shall charge fees as established in Schedule A, "The Fee
Schedule," attached hereto.
3. Bylaw #832-25 is hereby rescinded.
4. This Bylaw shall come into force and effect on January 1, 2026.
