## BY-LAW NO. 699-95 OF THE TOWN OF OYEN ## IN THE PROVINCE OF ALBERTA This is a By-law of the Town of Oyen to authorize the delegation of subdivision authority to Palliser Regional Municipal Services. WHEREAS, Section 623 of the Municipal Government Act allows delegation of subdivision powers and duties on behalf of the Municipality; AND WHEREAS, the Town of Oyen considers it beneficial to delegate the subdivision authority; NOW THEREFORE, the Council of the Town of Oyen in the Province of Alberta duly assembled, enacts as follows: 1. That the subdivision authority including accepting, processing, decisions and endorsement of subdivision applications, be delegated to Palliser Regional Municipal Services. 2. This By-law comes into full force and effect upon third reading. Councillor Lehman of By-law No. 699-95.
