## BYLAW NO. 2019-06 ## A BYLAW OF THE SUMMER VILLAGE OF PARKLAND BEACH IN THE PROVINCE OF ALBERTA TO ADOPT THE AMENDED GULL LAKE INTERMUNICIPAL DEVELOPMENT PLAN WHEREAS the Councils of the Summer Village of Parkland Beach, the Summer Village of Gull Lake, Ponoka County and Lacombe County recognize that the existing Gull Lake Management Plan adopted in 2010 requires updating; and WHEREAS the preparation of the new Plan has been guided by a Committee consisting of elected officials from the four municipalities; and WHEREAS the new Intermunicipal Development Plan is designed to ensure a cooperative and coordinated policy framework is in place for managing the development and use of lands around Gull Lake; NOW THEREFORE, the Council of the Summer Village of Parkland Beach in regular meeting, duly assembled, hereby enacts as follows: 1. This Bylaw shall be cited as the "Gull Lake IDP Bylaw". 2. The Gull Lake Intermunicipal Development Plan, attached to and forming part of this bylaw, is hereby adopted 3. This bylaw takes effect as of the date of third and final reading and upon such final passage Bylaw No. 2010-05 shall be repealed.
