## SUMMER VILLAGE OF POINT ALISON in the Province of Alberta
## BY-LAW No. 22-200
## BEING A BY-LAW TO AUTHORIZE THE RATES OF TAXATION FOR THE YEAR 2021
Whereas the total requirements of the Summer Village of Point Alison, as shown in the annual estimates, are as follows:
Municipal
- Residential
Municipal
School
And
- Non Residential
-Alberta School Foundation Fund

$60,999.92
Whereas the total assessment of land, buildings and improvements amounts of $24,220,440 of which $70,840 is commercial, and Whereas the estimated revenue other than that from taxation is $7390 and Whereas the rates hereinafter set out are deemed necessary to provide the amounts required for municipal, school and other purposes after making due allowance for the amount of taxes which may reasonably be expected to remain unpaid.
Now therefore, by virtue of the power conferred upon it by the Municipal Government Act, Chapter M26, Revised Statutes of Alberta, 2000 and amendments thereto, in accordance with Section 333 of the act, the council of the Summer Village of Point Alison in the Province of Alberta enacts as follows:
If a shortfall should occur, funds will be appropriated from village reserves.
The municipal administrator is hereby authorized and required to levy the following rates of taxation on the assessed value of all land, buildings and improvements as shown on the assessment and tax roll.
