BEING A BYLAW OF THE TOWN OF PROVOST
TO AMEND BYLAW NO.
08/2016, BEING THE TOWN OF PROVOST
RATES & FEES BYLAW.
WHEREAS the Council of the Town of Provost deems it desirable to amend Bylaw
08/2016, being the RATES & FEES Bylaw by replacing Schedule A to allow for the
adjustment
of Utilityfees.
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of the Town of Provost duly assembled,
hereby enacts as follows:
1. THAT By-law No. 08/2016, being the Town of Provost Rates & Fees
By--lawbe, and is hereby amended.
That Schedule
"A", is hereby
replaced.
That ifany provision of this bylaw is deemed invalid, then such
provision shall be severed
and the remaining bylaw shall be
maintained.
Bylaw 01/2023 is hereby repealed April 18, 2023.
. This Bylaw shall be effective upon approval of third reading.
