Bylaw 3730/A-2026
Being a bylaw to amend Bylaw 3730/2025, Off Site Levy Bylaw.
COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RED DEER, IN THE PROVINCE OF ALBERTA,
AMENDS BYLAW 3730/2025 AS FOLLOWS:

Schedule B is deleted in its entirety and is replaced with the new Schedule B attached.

Schedule C is deleted in its entirety and is replaced with the new Schedule C attached.

Schedule D is deleted in its entirety and is replaced with the new Schedule D attached.

Schedule E is deleted in its entirety and is replaced with the new Schedule E attached.
Effective Date

This Bylaw comes into force when it is passed.
