Bylaw 3733/2025 Being a bylaw of The City of Red Deer, in the Province of Alberta, to adopt an intermunicipal development plan. WHEREAS pursuant to the authority granted to it by the Municipal Government Act, RSA 2000, c. M-26, Council of the City of Red Deer must, by bylaw, adopt an intermunicipal development plan; and WHEREAS Council considers it desirable to replace the existing intermunicipal development plan for the City of Red Deer and Red Deer County with a new intermunicipal development plan; NOW THEREFORE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RED DEER, ALBERTA, ENACTS AS FOLLOWS: Repeal 1 Bylaw 3393/2007, known as the Intermunicipal Development Plan, is hereby repealed. Adoption 2 Schedule "A" attached to and forming part of this bylaw, titled "Red Deer: Intermunicipal Development Plan", is hereby adopted as the intermunicipal development plan for the City of Red Deer.
