Railway Residential District rename

BY-LAW NO. 230-11
A By-law of the Village of Rosalind in the Province of Alberta,
introduced for the purpose of amending Land Use By-law
No. 166 to create a new Land Use District R.1(A) Railway
Residential District as stated in Schedule 'A' and furthermore
to change the land use of Lots 1-22, Block B, Plan 112-0228
as shown in Schedule 'B' from R.1 - Residential District to
R.1(A) - Railway Residential District all being located within
the Village of Rosalind.
WHEREAS
The Village Administrator and Council choosing to review the
current Land Use Districts and Map as permitted within their
authority and recognizing the need for an amendment to the
land use districts and the land use on Lots 1-22, Block B,
Plan 112-0228.
NOW THEREFORE
Pursuant to the Municipal Government Act, Section 606, the
Council of the Village of Rosalind duly assembled, hereby
enacts as follows:
That By-law No. 166 be amended as follows:
That a new Land Use District as attached in Schedule 'A' and
described as R.1(A) - Railway Residential District be
incorporated into the By-law.
and
That the Land Use District Map of the Village of Rosalind is
changed so Lots 1-22, Block B, Plan 112-0228 as shown on
Schedule 'B' be rezoned from R.1 - Residential District to
R.1(A) - Railway Residential District.
