VILLAGE OF ROSALIND
IN THE PROVINCE OF ALBERTA
BY-LAW 256 - 18
A BYLAW OF THE VILLAGE OF ROSALIND IN THE PROVINCE OF
ALBERTA TO ADOPT A MUNICIPAL DEVELOPMENT PLAN
WHEREAS the Municipal Government Act R.S.A. 2000, as amended, requires a
municipal Council to adopt a Municipal Development Plan;
NOW THEREFORE The Council for the Village of Rosalind in the province of
Alberta, duly assembled, enacts as follows:
That this Bylaw may be cited as the "MDP Bylaw".
That the Municipal Development Plan of the Village of Rosalind attached to
this bylaw as Schedule "A" is hereby adopted.
This Bylaw may be amended by Bylaw in accordance with the Municipal
Government Act, as amended.
That this Bylaw shall become effective upon the date of the passing of the
third and final reading of this Bylaw.
