Village of Rosemary
In the Province of Alberta
Bylaw No. 501-22
Land Use Bylaw Amendment
BEING a bylaw of the Village of Rosemary, in the Province of Alberta, to amend Bylaw No. 404-08,
the Land Use Bylaw;
AND WHEREAS, under authority 191 of the Municipal Government Act, Revised Statutes of Alberta
2000, Chapter M-26 as amended, a council may repeal or amend any Bylaw;
AND WHEREAS the municipality must prepare an amending bylaw and provide for its consideration
at a public hearing.
NOW THEREFORE, by virtue of the power conferred upon it by the Municipal Government Act,
Statues of Alberta, Chapter M-26, 2000, as amended, the Council of the Village of Rosemary in the
Province of Alberta duly assembled does hereby enact the following:
1. That Schedule 'A', Land Use District & Maps shall be amended as follows:
A. Village of Rosemary enacts to redesignate the listed lands within the municipality as shown on
the map in Schedule 'A' attached and redesignate portions of the lands from "Commercial -
C1" to "Light Industrial - L1"and legally described as:
LOTS 17-18, 21-22, BLOCK 3, PLAN 988BA WITHIN THE
NORTHEAST QUARTER OF SECTION 1, TOWNSHIP 21, RANGE 16,
WEST OF THE 4TH MERIDIAN

Bylaw No. 404-08 is hereby amended and consolidated
3.
This bylaw shall come into effect upon third and final reading hereof.
