## SUMMER VILLAGE OF ROSS HAVEN
A BY-LAW OF THE SUMMER VILLAGE OF ROSS HAVEN IN THE PROVINCE OF ALBERTA TO AUTHORIZE THE SUMMER VILLAGE OF ROSS HAVEN TO TAKE THE NECESSARY ACTION TO BECOME A MEMBER OF THE WEST INTER-LAKE DISTRICT WATER COMMISSION.
WHEREAS the Summer Village of Ross Haven wishes to become a member of the West Inter-Lake District Water Commission pursuant to Part 15.1 of the Municipal Government Act (R.S.A. 2004, c. M-26 as amended);
AND WHEREAS, by virtue of the power conferred upon it by the Municipal Government Act, the Council of the Summer Village of Ross Haven, duly assembled, enacts as follows:
## SECTION 1
## SHORT TITLE
- This By-law shall be known and may be cited as the "WILD Water Commission Authorization Bylaw" of the Summer Village of Ross Haven.
## SECTION 2
## REGIONAL WATER SERVICES COMMISSION
- 2.1 The Council of the Summer Village of Ross Haven is hereby authorized to make any necessary Agreements and take the necessary action together with the Council of any other Municipality or Municipalities for the purpose of a becoming a member of the West Inter-Lake District Water Commission as per Part 15.1 of the Municipal Government Act.
