## SUMMER VILLAGE OF ROSS HAVEN BYLAW NO. 268 - 17 DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY
A Bylaw of the Summer Village of Ross Haven, in the Province of Alberta, to establish a Development Authority for the Municipality
WHERAS Section 624 of the Municipal Government Act, RSA2000, requires each municipality to provide for a Development Authority to exercise development powers and duties on behalf of the municipality.
WHERAS the Summer Village of Ross Haven considers it beneficial to establish a Development Authority for the municipality.
THEREFORE, the Council of the Summer Village of Ross haven in the Province of Alberta, duly assembled, herby enacts as follows
1. THAT Tony Sonnleitner act as the Development Authority on behalf of the Summer Village of Ross Haven
2. That the Development Authority shall be carried out in accordance with the Summer Village of Ross Haven Land Use Bylaw and amendments hereto.
3. That the Development Authority shall carry out the duties and responsibilities of a Development Officer, and includes any person to whom those duties and responsibilities are delegated to by this person.
4. That Bylaw 254-13 is rescinded in its entirety upon passing of this bylaw.
This Bylaw shall come into full force ON MAY 1, 2017 READ A FIRST-TIME IN COUNCIL THIS 8TH DAY OF APRIL, 2017 READ A SECOND-TIME IN COUNCIL THIS 8™H DAY OF APRIL, 2017 READ A THIRD-TIME IN COUNCIL AND DULY PASSED THIS 8TH DAY OF APRIL, 2017 SIGNED THIS 8™H DAY OF APRIL, 2017
