## VILLAGE OF RYCROFT BYLAW NO. 220-20
A BYLAW OF THE VILLAGE OF RYCROFT IN THE PROVINCE OF ALBERTA TO AMEND LAND USE BYLAW 215-19 TO ALLOW A DISCRETIONARY USE OF A RESIDENCE IN THE PUBLIC SERVICE DISTRICT.
WHEREAS pursuant to Section 692 of the Municipal Government Act, R.S.A. 2000 Chapter M26 a municipality may amend its Land Use Bylaw;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of the Village of Rycroft, in the Province of Alberta, duly assembled, hereby enacts as follows:
1. This Bylaw shall be known as the "Land Use Amendment Bylaw 220-20".
2. That Section 3.1 Public Service District of Land Use Bylaw 215-19 be amended to include "single detached dwelling on Lot 8, Block 2, Plan 8323201" as a discretionary use.
3. Severability
If any portion of this bylaw is declared invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, then the invalid portion must be severed, and the remainder of the bylaw is deemed valid.
The Bylaw shall come into effect on the date of it finally being passed.
Read a first time this 19th day of May 2020.
A PUBLIC HEARING was held on the 3d day of June 2020.
Read a second time this 3rd day of June 2020.
Read a third time and passed this 3rd day of June 2020.
