## VILLAGE OF RYCROFT BYLAW 224-21 ## "INTERMUNICIPAL DEVELOPMENT PLAN BYLAW AMENDMENT" A BYLAW TO AMEND THE VILLAGE OF RYCROFT/ TOWN OF SPIRIT RIVER/ MUNICIPAL DISTRICT OF SPIRIT RIVER NO. 133 INTERMUNICIPAL DEVELOPMENT WHEREAS the Village of Rycroft has adopted an Intermunicipal Development Plan in accordance with the requirements of the Municipal Government Act, RSA 2000, Chapter MAND WHEREAS the Municipal Government Act, RSA 2000, Chapter M-26 allows the Councils of the participating municipalities to amend an Intermunicipal Development Plan; AND WHEREAS the Municipal Council of the Village of Rycroft deems it desirable to amend the Intermunicipal Development Plan; NOW THEREFORE the Municipal Council of the Village of Rycroft, in the Province of Alberta, duly assembled, hereby enacts as follows: 1. THAT "Map 2 - Future Predominant Land Use" be amended by changing the land use designation of Part of River Lot 1-78-5-W6M, Part of River Lot 2-78-5-W6M, Part of River Lot 3-78-5-W6M, Part of River Lot 4-78-5-W6M and Part of NW 4-78-5-W6M from Agriculture to Rural Industrial/Commercial as illustrated in Schedule "A" attached hereto. 2. This bylaw shall come into effect on the date of the third and final reading. Read for a first time on the 16th day of March 2021. A Public Hearing was held on the 31st day of March 2021.
