! ## BYLAW NO. 03-2008 ## Summer Village of Sandy Beach A BYLAW OF THE SUMMER VILLAGE OF SANDY BEACH IN THE PROVINCE OF ALBERTA TO AUTHORIZE THE SUMMER VILLAGE OF SANDY BEACH TO TAKE THE NECESSARY ACTION TO BECOME A MEMBER OF THE WEST INTER-LAKE DISTRICT WATER COMMISSION. WHEREAS THE Summer Village of Sandy Beach wishes to become a member of the West Inter-Lake District Water Commission pursuant to Part 15.1 of the Municipal Government Act (R.S.A. 2004, c. M-26 as amended); AND WHEREAS, by virtue of the power conferred upon it by the Municipal Government Act, the Council of the Summer Village of Sandy Beach duly assembled, enacts as follows: ## SECTION 1 ## SHORT TITLE  - This Bylaw shall be known and may be cited as the "Regional Water Services Commission Authorization Bylaw" of the Summer Village of Sandy Beach. ## SECTION 2 ## REGIONAL WATER SERVICES COMMISSION - The Council of the Summer Village of Sandy Beach is hereby authorized to make any necessary Agreements and take the necessary action together with the Council of any other Municipality or Municipalities for the purpose of a becoming a member of the West Inter-Lake District Water Commission as per Part 15.1 of the Municipal Government Act.
