MASTER RATES BYLAW NO. 21-2025
OF THE
TOWN OF SMOKY LAKE
IN THE PROVINCE OF ALBERTA
BEING A BYLAW OF THE TOWN OF SMOKY LAKE, IN THE PROVINCE OF
ALBERTA, TO PROVIDE FOR THE ESTABLISHMENT OF GENERAL FEES
AND CHARGES FOR GOODS AND SERVICES AS DELIVERED TO THE
COMMUNITY
WHEREAS it is expedient for the Council of the Town of Smoky Lake to enact a bylaw
that establishes and maintains the General Fees and Charges for services rendered within
the Town of Smoky Lake;
AND WHEREAS by virtue of the power conferred upon it under the Municipal
Government Act, R.S.A. 2000, c. M-26, section 8, the Council of the Town of Smoky
Lake may pass bylaws to establish fees and charges for the provision of certain goods and
services;
NOW THEREFORE the Council of the Town of Smoky Lake in the Province of Alberta,
duly assembled, enacts as follows:
1. Title:
1.1 This Bylaw may be referred to as the "Master Rates Bylaw" of the Town of
Smoky Lake.
2. Administration
2.1 The following administration fees shall be charged:

3. Utilities

9. General:
9.1 This Bylaw shall come into force and effect on the third and final reading.
9.2 Master Rates Bylaw No. 10-2025 is hereby rescinded.
