## BY-LAW NO. 005-06 OF THE TOWN OF SMOKY LAKE IN THE PROVINCE OF ALBERTA
## A BY-LAW OF THE TOWN OF SMOKY LAKE IN THE PROVINCE OF ALBERTA TO REGULATE THE DISCHARGE OF FIRE CRACKERS OR FIRE WORKS.
WHEREAS the Town of Smoky Lake considers it necessary to provide for th afety of Town residents
THEREFORE, the Council of the Town of Smoky Lake, duly assembled, enacts as follows:
- No person shall fire or set off any fire crackers or fire works within Town Lepa minout first obtaining a permit from the Smoky Lake Fire
2. Any person found guilty of an infraction of any provisions of this bylaw may be liable to penalties.
3. That By-law 196 and subsequent amendments be repealed upon the final passing of this Bylaw.
