BYLAW NO. 370
OF THE
VILLAGE OF SPRING LAKE
IN THE PROVINCE OF ALBERTA
A BYLAW OF THE VILLAGE OF SPRING LAKE IN THE PROVINCE OF ALBERTA, FOR THE PURPOSE OF
ESTABLISHING MISCELLANEOUS RATES OR FEES TO BE CHARGED FOR VARIOUS GOODS AND SERVICES
PROVIDED BY THE VILLAGE OF SPRING LAKE
WHEREAS, in accordance with the Municipal Government Act, RSA 2000, Chapter M-26, and
amendments thereto, a municipality has the authority to establish fees and charges for the
provision of goods and services;
AND WHEREAS, the Village of Spring Lake wishes to establish, in a bylaw, certain fees and
charges.
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of the Village of Spring Lake, duly assembled, enacts as follows.
1.
This Bylaw may be cited as the "Miscellaneous Rates and Fees Bylaw".
2.
All previous rates for goods and services as delivered by the Village of Spring Lake and as
noted in the bylaw will be revoked and replaced by the following rates for goods and
services in Schedule "A" attached hereto.
3.
All previous rates for goods and services as delivered by the Village of Spring Lake and
NOT noted in this bylaw, shall be deemed not changed or adjusted by Council and shall
remain intact for those goods and services as delivered by the Village of Spring Lake.
4.
That the Goods and Services Tax (GST) will be charged on applicable goods and services
specified.
5.
That the rates and fees specified in Schedule "A", attached hereto, may be modified and
amended from time to time.
6.
That this Bylaw shall come into full force and effect on the date of third and final
reading.
