BYLAW 2200-25
A BYLAW OF THE TOWN OF STETTLER, IN THE PROVINCE OF ALBERTA, TO AMEND BYLAW
2172-24, BEING A BYLAW RELATING TO THE WATER SYSTEM OF THE TOWN OF STETTLER,
INCLUDING THE FIXING OF RATES, CHARGES AND CONDITIONS FOR THE SUPPLY OF
POTABLE WATER.
WHEREAS pursuant to the provisions of the Municipal Government Act, R.S.A. 2000, c. M-
26, as amended, or repealed and replaced from time to time.
THE MUNICIPAL COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF STETTLER IN COUNCIL ASSEMBELED ENACTS AS
FOLLOWS:
1. That Bylaw 2172-24 is amended as follows:
SCHEDULE "A" - WATER TARIFF
Delete Section 1 in its entirety and replace Section 1 to read as follows:

That Bylaw 2180-24 be repealed.
