BYLAW 1735-95
BEING A BYLAW TO ESTABLISH A DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY TO EXERCISE
DEVELOPMENT POWERS AND DUTIES ON BEHALF OF THE TOWN OF STETTLER.
WHEREAS the Municipal Government Act M-26.1 1994 as amended regulates
under Section 624 that each municipality must provide a Development Authority
for the municipality.
NOW THEREFORE the Council of the Town of Stettler in the Province of Alberta
duly assembled enacts as follows:
1. The Town of Stettler Development Authority shall consist of a Development
Officer and a Municipal Planning Commission who are authorized by Town of
Stettler's Land Use Bylaw 1600 and Municipal Planning Commission Bylaw
1587 to administer and decide upon all development permit applications in
a manner prescribed in the Land Use Bylaw.
