BYLAW #2023-03 - BYLAW TO AMEND
BYLAW #2016-02 - WASTEWATER BYLAW AND
Bylaw #2017-04 WASTEWATER BYLAW AMENDMENT
WHEREAS, on March 17, 2016, the Summer Village of Sundance Beach (the "Summer
Village") passed Wastewater Bylaw #2016-02 (the "Wastewater Bylaw") for the purpose
of the regulation, management and maintenance of private wastewater disposal systems
located within the municipal boundaries of the Summer Village;
AND WHEREAS, on August 25, 2017, the Summer Village passed Bylaw 2017-04
Wastewater Bylaw Amendment Bylaw (the "Wastewater Bylaw Amendment Bylaw");
AND WHEREAS the Summer Village wishes to amend the Wastewater Bylaw as
amended by the Wastewater Bylaw Amendment Bylaw (collectively the "Amended
Wastewater Bylaw") in the manner described below;
NOW THEREFORE the Amended Wastewater Bylaw is hereby amended in the following
manner:
1. Section 4.2 of the Amended Wastewater Bylaw is hereby amended by deleting the
words "10 years" at the end of section 4.2 and by replacing such deleted words with the
words "15 years".
This amendment to the Amended Wastewater Bylaw shall take effect on the date of the
third and final reading of this bylaw.

UNANIMOUS CONSENT to proceed to third reading this 14th day of Septem-
ber, 2023.
