A BYLAW OF THE SUMMER VILLAGE OF SUNSET BEACH IN THE PROVINCE OF ALBERTA TO DESIGNATE A HEAD AND SET FEES FOR PURPOSES OF THE FREEDOM OF INFORMATION AND PROTECTION OF PRIVACY ACT.

WHEREAS, pursuant to Section 89 of the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act, S.A. 1994, c. F-18.5, as amended ("the Act"), the Summer Village of Sunset Beach ( "the Municipality") must designate by bylaw, or other legal instrument, a person or group ot persons as the head of the Municipality for the purposes of the Act; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to Sections 87 and 89 of the Act the Municipality may set any fees payable to the Municipality for services under the Act and Regulations thereunder;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of the Summer Village of Sunset Beach in the Province of Alberta enacts as follows; that
- For the purposes of the Act the person appointed by Council to the position of Chief Administrative Officer, established by Bylaw #88 - 1998, is designated as the Head of the Municipality; and
