1. That all well drilling information provided by Alberta Municipal Affairs be taxed in accordance with the Well Drilling Equipment Tax Rate Regulation and amendments thereto.

THEREFORE
Under the authority of the Municipal Government Act, the Council of the County of Thorhild No. 7 in the Province of Alberta, enacts as follows:
WHEREAS
The County of Thorhild No. 7 may impose a tax pursuant to the Well Drilling Equipment Tax Rate Regulation, Alberta Regulation 61/2002 and amendments thereto;
