THORHILD INDUSTRIAL AREA STRUCTURE PLAN AMENDMENT
A BYLAW OF THORHILD COUNTY IN THE PROVINCE OF ALBERTA TO AUTHORIZE THE
COUNCIL OF THORHILD COUNTY TO AMEND THORHILD INDUSTRIAL AREA STRUCTURE
PLAN BYLAW 1180-2014.
WHEREAS, the Municipal Government Act, Chapter M-26, R.S.A. 2000 and amendments thereof
authorizes the Council to establish and amend its Area Structure Plans; and
BE IT THEREFORE ENACTED, the Council forThorhild County in the Province of Alberta, duly
assembled, and pursuant to the authority conferred upon it by the Municipal Government Act
R.S.A. 2000, as amended, hereby enacts as follows:
That Bylaw 1180-2014, being the Thorhild Industrial Area Structure Plan of Thorhild County, is
hereby amended by:
Changing Section 6, Maps 1 to and including 11, as prescribed within attached Schedules A to
and including K for that portion of SW 8-60-21-W4M consisting of 11.69 acres, Title 182 050 719
to Agricultural designation.
This Bylaw shall come into force and effect upon receiving third and final reading and having been
signed by the Reeve and Chief Administrative Officer.
