## BY-LAW 1081
## BEING A BY-LAW TO AMEND BY-LAW NUMBER 1017 OF TOWN OF TOFIELD.
WHEREAS, it is deemed necessary that the Tofield Traffic and OffHighway Vehicle By-law Number 1017 be amended.
NOW THEREFORE, under the authority of the Municipal Government ACt, Statutes of Alberta, 1994, Chapter M-26.1, the Council of the Town of Tofield, in the Province of Alberta, duly assembled, ENACTS as follows:
1. That By-law Number 1017, and any amendments thereto, of the Town of Tofield be and is hereby amended by:
DELETING Section 3.2 - Off-Highway Vehicle Restrictions, in its entirety, and replacing it with the following:
- 3.2 Subject to any other restrictions and provisions that may be contained in this By-Law, Off-Highway Vehicle may be operated between the hours as follows:
2. That all provision of the Tofield Traffic and Off-Highway Vehicle By-Law, and amendments thereto, remain in full force and effect.
Sunday to Thursday
Friday & Saturday
8 a.m. to 11 p.m.
8 a.m. to 12:30 a.m.
READ a first time this 8th day of March, 1999
READ a second time this 8th day of March, 1999
READ a third time this 8th day of March, 1999 and finally passed.
