## TOWN OF TROCHU BYLAW NUMBER # 2026-01 ## BEING A BYLAW TO AMEND LAND USE BYLAW NO. 2024-07 OF THE TOWN OF TROCHU IN THE PROVINCE OF ALBERTA. WHEREAS pursuant to the provision of Section 640(1) of the Municipal Government Act, RSA 2000, Chapter M-26, the Council of the Town of Trochu (hereinafter called the Council), has adopted Land Use Bylaw No. 2024-07; AND WHEREAS the Council deems it desirable to amend Land Use Bylaw 2024-07; and NOW THEREFORE the Council hereby amends Land Use Bylaw No. Bylaw 2024-07; as follows: 1. Amend Part G, The Land Use District Map, by re-designating an approximate 1.02 ha (2.52 ac) portion of Lot 6, Block 13, Plan 0012736 in the Town of Trochu from R2 General Residential District to R-A Residential Acreage District as shown in Schedule 2. This Bylaw takes effect on the date of the third and final reading. READ A FIRST TIME THIS 2nd DAY OF FEBRUARY, 2026. READ A SECOND TIME THIS 23d DAY OF FEBRUARY, 2026.
