## TOWN OF TROCHU BYLAW NUMBER # 2025-10
BEING A BYLAW TO AMEND LAND USE BYLAW NO. 2024-07 FOR TOWN OF TROCHU IN THE PROVINCE OF ALBERTA.
WHEREAS pursuant to the provision of Section 640(1) of the Municipal Government Act, RSA 2000, Chapter M-26, the Council of the Town of Trochu (hereinafter called the Council), has adopted Land Use Bylaw No. 2024-07;
AND WHEREAS the Council deems it desirable to amend Land Use Bylaw 2024-07; and
NOW THEREFORE the Council hereby amends Land Use Bylaw No. Bylaw 2024-07; as follows:
1. Amend Part G, The Land Use District Map, by re-designating an approximate 0.7 ha (1.7 ac) portion of Lot 2, Block 1, Plan 0714670 in the Town of Trochu from CS Community Service District to R-2 - General Residential District as shown below:
