## BYLAW 3-2019 OF THE TOWN OF VERMILION
## IN THE PROVINCE OF ALBERTA
## BEING A BYLAW OF THE TOWN OF VERMILION TO REPEAL BYLAWS THAT ESTABLISH FEES FOR SUBDIVISION PROCESS WITHIN THE TOWN OF VERMILION
WHEREAS, Bylaw 12-2005 and 2-2010 was duly passed to provide Council with the authority to establish fees to apply to subdivision applications made to the Subdivision Authority;
AND WHEREAS, the Subdivision Authority for the Town of Vermilion is Municipal Planning Services (2009) Ltd. of Edmonton, Alberta and the Subdivision Authority establishes its own fees for subdivision applications, all fees shall be paid directly to Municipal Planning Services (2009) Ltd. of Edmonton, Alberta.
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of the Town of Vermilion, duly assembled, hereby enacts as follows:
1. Bylaw 12-2005 and 2-2010 are hereby repealed.
This Bylaw shall take effect upon final reading and signature thereof by the Chief Elected Official and Chief Administrative Officer, or their authorized delegates.
