TOWN OF VIKING
MASTER RATES BYLAW 2026-714 *AMENDED"
BEING A BYLAW TO AMEND MASTER RATES BYLAW 2026-714 OF THE TOWN OF VIKING, IN THE
TOWN OFVIKING, IN THE PROVINCE OFALBERTA.
WHEREAS it is deemed necessary that Highway 14 Water Commission Transmission Water Rate
remain at $0.79 per cubic meterfor 2026in the Master rates bytaw.
NOW THEREFORE, pursuant to the Municipat Government Act, R.S.A. 2000, Chapter M-26
(hereinafter catted the "Act") as amended, a municipat council has broad authority to govern and
the authority to pass bytaws respecting the municipatity, inctuding services provided by or on
behatf of the municipatity.
