## TOWN OF WAINWRIGHT BYLAW NO. 2019 - 07
## A BYLAW TO AMEND BYLAW 2015-03
A Bylaw of the Town of Wainwright, in the Province of Alberta for the purpose of repealing Bylaw 2015-03 and adopting an Intermunicipal Development Plan for the Town of Wainwright and the Municipal District of Wainwright No. 61.
WHEREAS an Intermunicipal Development Plan has been prepared for the Town of Wainwright and the Municipal District of Wainwright No. 61 based on public input and studies of land use, development and other relevant data; and
WHEREAS the foresaid Intermunicipal Development Plan describes the way in which the future development within the plan area may be carried out in an orderly and economic manner;
- NOW THEREFORE, the Council of the Town of Wainwright, duly assembled, and pursuant to the authority conferred upon it by the Municipal Government Act R.S.A. 2000, c. M-26 as amended, enacts as follows:
1. This new Bylaw may be cited as "The Wainwright Intermunicipal Development Plan".
2. The Wainwright Intermunicipal Development Plan attached hereto as Schedule "A" to this Bylaw is hereby adopted.
- Bylaw 2015-03, as amended, being the previous Intermunicipal Development Plan of the Town of Wainwright and Municipal District of Wainwright No. 61, is hereby repealed.
4. This Bylaw may be amended by Bylaw in accordance with the Municipal Government Act R.S.A. 2000, c. M-26, as amended.
5. This Bylaw comes into effect upon the date of the final reading thereof.
