## A BYLAW OF THE VILLAGE OF WARBURG, IN THE PROVINCE OF ALBERTA TO AMEND LAND USE BYLAW 171/20.
PURSUANT to part 17 of the Municipal Government Act the Council of the Village of Warburg enacts the following amendment to Bylaw 171/20, the Land Use Bylaw:

- b) Section 24.4 is amended to read:
"An appeal by an applicant must be commenced within 21 days after the date on which the notice of the issuance of the permi was given, in accordance with section 686(1) of the Municipa Government Act".
