## VILLAGE OF WASKATENAU IN THE PROVINCE OF ALBERTA BYLAW NO. 685-2021
BYLAW OF THE MONICAL VILLAGE WASKATENAU IN THI ROVINCE OF ALBERTA FOR THE PURPOSE TO ADOPT A MUNICIPA DEVELOPMENT PLAN.
WHEREAS the Municipal Government Act, R.S.A. 2000, c. M-26, as amended, ("the Act) requires municipalities to adopt a Municipal Development Plan;

AND WHEREAS, manner; and
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of the Village of Waskatenau in the Province of Alberta duly assembled and pursuant to the authority conferred on it by the Municipal Government Act, R.S.A. 2000, c. M-26, as amended, enacts as follows:
1. This Bylaw may be cited as "Village of Waskatenau Municipal Development Plan".
2. Chedule "A":
3. This Bylaw may be amended by Bylaw in accordance with the Municipal Government Act, R.S.A. 2000, c. M-26, as amended.
4. Should any provision of this Bylaw be found invalid, the invalid provision shall be severed and the remaining Bylaw shall be maintained.
## EFFECTIVE DATE
This Bylaw shall come into force and effect on the final date of passing thereof..
