C. ## Bylaw No. 632 ## Being a Bylaw to Amend Bylaw No. 569 of the Town of Wembley, in the Province of Alberta WHEREAS by Bylaw No. 569, the Town of Wembley authorized the making of an agreement with the County of Grande Prairie No. 1 and the Town of Beaverlodge for the construction, ownership, maintenance, operation, and use of a regional solid waste system; AND WHEREAS such an agreement, dated May 17, 1990 and amended December 18, 2002, was entered by the Town of Wembley, the County of Grande Prairie No. 1, and the Town of Beaverlodge (the "Agreement"); AND WHEREAS the Town of Wembley wishes to amend the Agreement to add the Town of Sexsmith and the Village of Hythe as parties to the Agreement and to reduce the number of representatives that the Town of Wembley has upon the West Grande Prairie Solid Waste Authority (the "Authority"); NOW THEREFORE by the powers vested in it, the Council of the Town of Wembley enacts as follows: 1. The Town of Wembley is authorized to enter into an agreement to amend the Agreement to add the Town of Sexsmith and the Village of Hythe as participating municipalities in the Authority, effective January 1, 2006. 2. The representative of the Town of Wembley authorized to represent the Town on the Authority shall be one (1) individual, as appointed by Council to the Authority. 3. The representative of the Town of Wembley is authorized to sign this amending agreement to reflect this change in membership, representatives, responsibility for costs and contributions by the Town of Sexsmith and the Village of Hythe to the capital reserves of the Authority.
