## BY-LAW #492
A By-Law of the Village of Wembley, in the Province of Alberta, for the prohibitions on Public Utility users.
Under the authority of the powers vested in it by the Municipal Government Act 1970, Section 303 and the amendments thereto, the Council of the Village of Wembley enacts the following:
Any user of public utility are prohibited
- a) from lending, selling or disposing of the public utility
- b) from giving it away or permitting it to be taken or
- c) from using or applying it to the use or benefit of others or to any other than his own use and benefit, or
- d) from wrongfully or improperly wasting the public utility
Any person who contravenes any of the provisions shall forfeit the right to be supplied with the public utility and shall be guilty of an offence liable on summary conviction to a fine not exceeding One Hundred Dollars ($100.00)
