TOWN OF WEMBLEY
BYLAW 684
BEING A BYLAW OF THE TOWN OF WEMBLEY, IN THE PROVINCE OF ALBERTA TO ADOPT THE NORTH
AREA STRUCTURE PLAN.
The Municipal Council of the Town of Wembley, in the Province of Alberta, duly assembled, enacts as
follows:
1. This bylaw shall be cited as the "North Area Structure Plan" Bylaw.
2. The North Area Structure Plan attached as Schedule "A" is adopted as the area structure plan for
the S ½ 2-71-8W6M and the Nj ½ of 22-71-8W6M, pursuant to Section 633 of the Municipal
Government Act, RSA 2000, Ch. M-26.
3. This Bylaw shall take effect on the date it is passed.
