THIS IS A BYLAW OF THE SUMMER VILLAGE OF WEST COVE, IN THE PROVINCE OF ALBERTA, TO BE KNOWN AS THE SUMMER VILLAGE OF WEST COVE FEES & CHARGES BYLAW.
WHEREAS, in accordance with the Municipal Government Act, a municipality has the authority to establish fees and charges for the provision of goods and services;
AND WHEREAS, the Summer Village of West Cove wishes to establish, in a bylaw, certain fees and charges.
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of the Summer Village of West Cove, in the Province of Alberta, duly assembled, enacts as follows:
That this Bylaw may be cited as the "FEES and CHARGES BYLAW".
That the Summer Village of West Cove shall charge fees as established in Schedule A, 'The Fee Schedule', attached hereto.
Bylaw #495-24 is hereby repealed.
THAT this BYLAW shall come into force and have effect on the date of the third and final reading.
