IMPOSITION: The various fees and charges as set out in Schedules "A", "B", "C" and "D" attached hereto and forming part of this bylaw are hereby imposed. 2. TITLE: This Bylaw may be cited for all purposes as "Fees and Charges Bylaw, 1603, 2016". 3. REPEAL OF BYLAWS: Bylaw No. 695, citied as "Miscellaneous Fees and Charges Bylaw No. 695, 2003", and amendments thereto are hereby repealed. READ A FIRST TIME THIS 14th DAY OF MARCH, 2016. The City realizes that not everyone has access or the ability to print bylaws therefore upon request, the City will make available at no cost to Colwood residents or recognized Colwood Community Organizations one copy of the following Bylaws on request. Fees and Charges Bylaw, No. 1603, 2016 - Consolidated Page 10 SCHEDULE D - ST JOHN THE BAPTIST CHURCH AND EMERY HALL RENTAL CHARGES SAINT JOHN THE BAPTIST HERITAGE CHURCH AND EMERY FAMILY HALL 537 GLENCAIRN LANE, COLWOOD, B.C., V9C 2E8 RENTAL CHARGES St. John the Baptist Heritage Church and Emery Family Hall were made possible through the hard work of the St. John the Baptist Heritage Church Management Committee. The intent of the Committee was to provide affordable rental space to be used by members of the community and community organizations. Fee Schedule Rental Fee Church: $50.00 per hour; 2 hour minimum; 2 visitations (occupancy load 90) $100.00 Each visitation in excess of two (2) visitations to see church $25.00 Hall: $20.00 per hour; 4 hour minimum (Hall occupancy load 60) $80.00 New Year's Eve: Hall Only (6:00 pm until 2:00 am including cleanup time) $300.00 Long Term Rentals - Minimum of six (6) rental sessions per year Hall: $15.00 per hour; 2 hour minimum; (occupancy load 60) $30.00 Church: $35.00 per hour; 2 hour minimum; (occupancy load 90) $70.00 Clean up Fee: $100.00 A damage deposit of $100.00 per event is to be paid 14 days before Event Refundable if: a) No damage is found b) Key is returned and, c) No cleaning is required. Trash to be taken away. d) Thermostats left at temperature as indicated at each panel A non-refundable deposit of $50.00 is required on Date of Booking Except for New Year's Eve where the deposit will be $150.00. Long term renters must have two sessions paid in advance. Balance of payment is to be received at City Hall 14 days before event.
