The Official Community Plan is a land use plan and policy document for Colwood. Our OCP reflects the vision and goals of our residents, stakeholders, professionals and staff who participated in the creation of the plan. The OCP provides direction about all aspects of our community, including Growth Management, Land Use, Streets and Mobility, Housing, Climate Change, Park Areas & Natural Assets, Built & Natural Infrastructure, Arts & Culture, Food Systems, and Economy.
