### # Bylaws & Policies The District enforces bylaws on a complaint system. Complaints must be submitted in writing on the appropriate form either in person, through mail, or electronically to be considered valid. To report a bylaw violation, please contact the District Office or complete a **Comments and Complaints Form**.
