## THE CORPORATION OF THE VILLAGE OF FRASER LAKE BYLAW NO. 838,2023
## SEWER CONNECTION AND RENTAL CHARGES AMENDING BYLAW
Being a bylaw of the Village of Fraser Lake to amend the Village of Fraser Lake Sewer Connection and Rental Charges Bylaw No. 444, 1994.
WHEREAS, the Council of the Village of Fraser Lake deems it necessary to revise the sewer rates schedule for the various classifications due to increase in maintenance costs.
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of the Village of Fraser Lake, in open meeting assembled, enacts as follows:
1. This bylaw may be cited as the "Village of Fraser Lake Sewer Connection and Rental Charges Amending Bylaw No. 838, 2023"
2. That Schedule "A" of Bylaw 648, 2006 be deleted in its entirety and that Schedule"A" attached hereto and forming part of this bylaw may be substituted therefore
3. That the amendment to Schedule "A" of Bylaw 648,2006 as per Bylaw 680, 2008 be deleted in its entirety and that Schedule "A" attached hereto and forming part of this bylaw included the classification that had been added by Bylaw 680, 2008.
