DISTRICT OF HOUSTON BYLAW NO. 1182, 2023 bylaw to amend the Comprehensive Fees & Charges Bylaw No. 1094, 2017 WHEREAS pursuant to the Community Charter, the Districtmay, by bylaw,impose a fee in respect of all or part of a service of the municipality, the use of municipal property, or the exercise of authority to regulate, prohibit or impose requirements; ANDWHEREAS Council has previously adopted Comprehensive Fees &Charges Bylaw No. 1094, 2017 for such purposes; ANDWHEREAS Council deems it desirable to amend the bylaw; NOW THEREFORE, the Council of the District of Houston in open meeting assembled enacts as follows: 1.
