City of Kimberley Bylaw No. 2815, City of Kimberley Solid Waste Regulations and Fees Bylaw No. 2694, Amendment No. 5, 2026 A Bylaw to Amend 'Cityof Kimberley Solid Waste Regulations and Fees Bylaw No. 2694I2021 The MunicipalCouncil of the City of Kimberley, in open meeting assembled, enacts as follows: 1. TITLE 1.1 This bylaw may be cited as 'Bylaw No. 2815, City of Kimberley Solid Waste Regulations and Fees Bylaw No. 2694, Amendment No. 5. 2026'. 2. SEVERABILITY 2.1 Except as otherwise provided, words and phrases used in this Bylaw willbe interpreted consistently withthe Community Chatter and the Interpretation Act. A reference to a statute in this Bylawrefers to a statute of the Province of BritishColumbia, and a reference to any statute or bylaw refers to that enactment as it may be amended or replaced from time to time. Recitals and headings are for convenient reference and must not be construed as de?ning or limitingthe scope or intent of the content. Any section, subsection, paragraph, subparagraph or clause of this bylaw is for any reason held invalid by the decision of a Court of competentjurisdiction, then the invalidportionshall be severed and the severance shall not affect the validityof the remainder of the bylaw. 3. AMENDMENTS City of Kimberley Solid Waste Regulations and Fees Bylaw No. 2694, 2021 is amended as follows: 3.1 Schedule "A"is repealed and Schedule "A"attached hereto is hereby substituted therefore This Bylawshall come intoforce and effect on the 1stday of July, 2026.
