DISTRICTOF LOGAN LAKE
BYLAW933, 2025
A bylaw to authorize the charging of fees and charges for various District services
WHEREASpursuant to the Community
Charter, a Council may impose fees with respect to all or part of a
service of the municipality, the use of municipal property, or the exercise of authority to regulate, prohibit or
impose requirements;
NOW THEREFORE the Council of the Districtof Logan Lake, in open meeting assembled enacts as follows:
1.
This bylaw may be cited as "District of Logan Lake Fees and Charges
Bylaw No. 933, 2025.
2.
Ifa portion of this bylaw is held invalid by a Court of competent jurisdiction, then the invalidportion
must be severed and the remainder of this bylaw is deemed to have been adopted without the
severed section, subsection,
paragraph, subparagraph, clause or phrase.
3.
Districtof Logan Lake Fees for Service Bylaw No. 709, 2012 and all amendments thereto, are
hereby repealed.
4.
The Districtof Logan Lake imposes fees for the provision of services and information as speci?ed in
Schedules below:
Schedule "A"- General Administration
Schedule "B"
-- Campground Fees
5.
This bylaw shall come into fullforce and effect upon adoption.
