BYLAW943 2025
A bylaw for the levying of tax rates for Municipal, Hospital and Regional Districtpurposes for the
ear 2025
The Council of the Districtof Logan Lake, in open meeting assembled ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1.
This bylaw shall be cited as "Districtof Logan Lake Tax Rates Bylaw No. 943, 2025."
2.
The following rates are hereby imposed and levied for the year 2025.
(a) For General
Municipal
purposes
of the
municipality on the
value
of land and
improvements taxable for general purposes, rates appearing in column "A"of Schedule
"A"attached hereto and forming a part hereof.
(b) For
Thompson
Regional
Hospital
District
purposes
on
the
value
of
land
and
improvements taxable for hospital purposes, rates appearing in column "B" of Schedule
"A"attached hereto and forming a part hereof.
(c) For Thompson-Nicola Regional District purposes on the value of land and improvements
taxable for hospital purposes, rates appearing in column "C" of Schedule "A" attached
hereto and forming a part hereof.
3.
The minimum of taxation upon a parcel of real property shall be one dollar ($1.00).
4.
This bylaw shall come into fullforce and effect upon adoption.
