VILLAGE OF MIDWAY
BYLAW NO. 291
A BYLAW TO AMEND THE VILLAGE OF MIDWAY'S "FEES AND CHARGES BYLAW NO. 282, 1997"
WHEREAS it is deemed desirable to amend the Village of Midway's Fee and Charges Bylaw No.
282, 1997.
NOW THEREFORE the Municipal Council of the Village of Midway in open meeting duly
assembled enacts as follows:
1.
Section 2 - Payment of Fees is amended by deleting sections (a) through (g) and adding
the following;
(a) Council minutes - per page

(b) Bylaws (in accordance with schedule "A" attached)
(c) Tax demand notices
