## BYLAW NO.113
## A bylaw to amend Business License Bylaw No. 1, District of New Hazelton
WHEREAS the Council of the District of New Hazelton has enacted a Business License Bylaw and
WHEREAS the Council of the District of New Hazelton deems it now necessary to amend Division One, Section 6 and Section 9
NOW THEREFORE the Council of the District of New Hazelton in open meeting assembled enacts as follows:
- (1) That the following sub-section "e" be added to Division One, Section 6.
2. (e) A temporary license may be granted for a period of less thar one year for business other than those listed in subsections (b) and (c) where the License Inspector is satisfied that a period of less than one year is appropriate in the circumstances. The License Fee for such a temporary license will be one-half the prescribed fee if the license is for less than 6 months and Will be the full fee if the temporary license is for more than 6 months.
- (2) That the following sub-section "VI" be added to Division One, Section 9.
4. VI) has, in the opinion of the License Inspector, breached any of the requirements of the bylaws of the Municipality regulating building, zoning, health, sanitation and business.
- (3) This bylaw may be cited for all purposes as "The District of New Hazelton Business License Amending Bylaw No. 113, 1988".
