BYLAW NO. 379, 2024
A bylaw to amend District of New Hazelton Water Rates
Amendment Bylaw No. 353, 2020

Pursuant to Section 8 and 194 of the Community Charter, Council may, by bylaw, regulate,
prohibit, impose requirements and levy a fee in relation to a municipal service.
The Council for the District of New Hazelton, in open meeting assembled, enacts as follows:
1. The water user rates set out in Schedule "A" of the Water Rates Amendment Bylaw No.
353, 2020 be amended;
2. The amended water user rates are set out in Schedule "A" attached to this Bylaw;
3. Water Rates Amendment Bylaw No. 353, 2020 is hereby repealed.
4. This Bylaw may be cited as the District of New Hazelton Water Rates Amendment Bylaw
No. 379, 2020.
