CORPORATION OF THE CITY OF NEW WESTMINSTER Transit Oriented Area Designation Bylaw No. 8460, 2024 A Bylaw to Designate Transit Oriented Areas for the City WHEREAS the City must, by bylaw, designate transit-oriented areas, THE CITY COUNCIL of the Corporation of the City of New Westminster, in open meeting assembled, ENACTS AS FOLLOWS: 1. This Bylaw may be cited for all purposes as "Transit Oriented Area Designation Bylaw No. 8460, 2024". 2. Each of the areas of land shown within the dotted bold line on the maps attached to this bylaw as Schedule A, B and C is designated as a "transit-oriented area" under section 585.52 of the Local Government Act. 3. If an area within the dotted bold line on any of the maps attached as a schedule to this bylaw includes part of a parcel of land, the whole parcel is included in the designated transit- oriented area.
